There seems to be a gigantic release of digital cameras this week—what with both Fujifilm and Panasonic bringing new models on the table. The latest, this Fujifilm Finepix S500HD, has 18x optical zoom lens and HD movie recording feature.

It is compatible with HDTVs when viewing both videos and pictures. It is also capable of shooting video in High Definition at 1280×720 pixels/720p. It also has a 28-504mm range from wide-angle to ultra telephoto. With this digital camera, you can shoot landscapes, interiors, large group shots, distant sports or wildlife action. There’s also an dual image stabilization and a stabilized CCD sensor with high ISO sensitivities that provide an anti-blur protection.

This device also has face detection feature and red-eye removal. There’s no price and release date announced for the Fujifilm Finepix S500HD, but hopefully, we can get more details in the coming days.
