Pentax K-x Is Rainbow-Colored

It’s not often you see something as cool and colorfully funky as the new Pentax K-x. This special edition camera, which previously was colored bright red, from Pentax is available in Japan (as usual).

The Pentax K-x has 12.9MP sensor with 720p shooting capacity is a dSLR that comes in rainbow-schemed color. It will also come with a customizable rainbow image upon start up (if that is your kind of thing).

Pentax will only produce about 1,000 pieces of this device, where it will be available in Tower Records Japan for about $800 for the rainbow-colored camera and $150 for the bright red-colored one.

If you want an updated version of the M8, then here is your chance to get one for yourself. The

Meizu M9, which will supposedly come out by August this year, almost has the same features as its predecessors except, perhaps, for a couple of new things.

The Meizu M9 has the same 3.6-inch display screen, 1GHz (Samsung S5 PC110) processor and HDMI 1.3. And rather than keeping up with its predecessor’s interface and design, the Meizu M9 has an Apple-esque interface—almost looking like an Android 2.1.

Expect the Meizu M9 to come out on August 18 for about $350, depending on the configurations you want it to contain.
