The ‘embrace-me’ hoodie from Studio 5050 is not a new concept, but they brought some improvements to it and released it to the market. The hugable shirt idea was to make it from a very soft material, with a pattern of ’silver conductive fabric’.

This is the craziest idea for speaker design. These speakers were inspired from vinyl figures and they surely look great. The home-made Munny speakers are the most wanted speakers ever because they are indestructible and attractive, that’s how I would describe their “personality”. I love them and hopefully the sound is good too.

The following product is a wrist watch released by Tokyoflash and it’s probably one of the coolest accessories ever. It was inspired by an infection and that’s how they called it, “Infection”. The watch is based on 27 multi-colored LEDs that pulsate on a fancy display using mirrored crystal lens.
The time is displayed in a futuristic manner as there are 12 red LEDs for hours, 11 yellow LEDs of five minutes groups and 4 green LEDs for single minutes.
A leather strap and a stainless steel clasp are the latest touches that are completing the watch and there is no way that you won’t get an “Infection”.

A passport with thin and flexible OLED display has been unveiled by Samsung SDI and German company Bundesdruckerei. The OLED display is 300µm thick and the the data page of the ePassport is 700µm thick. Although all electronics can be hacked, Samsung and Bundesdruckerei are claiming that the ePassport is entirely manipulation-proof.
The passport will be heat-resistant which means that it can be laminated and to get even more protection against evil-minded. The OLED display of the ePassport will not need batteries and will send the information through induction.

The world is going to look worse in the future, at least this is what Frog Design wants to make us to believe this therefore their latest concept is called the Digital Escape. This accessory will allow the wearer to take you to another dimension where you will control the sights, sounds and smells.
Personally, I don’t believe that the future will be so bad that I’m going to lock myself in a different reality, but this “lifestyle product of the future” could be helpful only for a few moments because we all need to relax and forget about everything.
These ground effects lighting from Snap-On are the first idea to ‘decorate’ a toolbox, as all are very handy, but nobody was concerned about the aesthetic aspect. The colored lighting comes in blue, green and red and use very little power. They can be attached to any metal surface using magnetic clamps.
They come in 2 piece sets and currently are only available for U.S. and Canada. The price is spicy though, with a $89.55 tag on each set.
These gloves are powered by a pair of batteries and have LEDs integrated in the fingertips. If you’re a fan of the retro style, these would be great accessories in a disco night. If you want to draw even more attention on your sparkling hands, you can set them to flash in other rhythms as well.
If you want to set a new trend, you can find them at Lux et Deco (LeD) from France and try them out for 29,00 € TTC (about $45).

It’s systems will make you feel everything you do, like losing a wheel, hitting a wall or pushing the brake. The steering wheel, paddles, seat and gearshift are built to be very close…

Do you like light shows? If you answered yes then you will be happy to know that you can have your personal light show thanks to Steve Gilbertson’s invention called interactive color cube. Inside the box you will find a three-axis accelerometer that detects the movements and displays a color depending on the tilting angle.
One of the X,Y and Z axis affects one of the colors Red, Green and Blue and this results in a cool light show. The interactive color cube consists of a 2 inch box which is the home of 54 RGB diodes and then this box goes into a 4 inch white acrylic cube which diffuses…

Our houses become full of gadgets and it’s hard to control everything separately, so David Chacon came with an innovative idea. The Universal Remote features a big screen that displays everything from your house and offers you full control. But he needs help from other companies to provide a better interaction between the remote and the gadgets they produce.
Wouldn’t it be great to change your TV channel, turn on the lights or answer the phone using only this touchscreen remote ? We have no informations about when will it become available or pricing, but hopefully we will see it in stores soon.
