The Gigabyte T1000 will come in two versions—the T1000x and the T1000P. These netbooks will both sport a 10.1-inch touchscree display with a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels. The T1000X will run on Intel Atom’s N450 1.66GHz CPU while the T1000P will have Intel Atom’s N470 1.83GHz CPU.

Lenovo has just stepped up its ThinkPad X201, which will now come packed with a Core i5 and i7 processors. The good thing though is that this laptop’s slim and sleek body did not change even though the processor has been updated.

This new laptop, called the Asus Eee PC T101MT, will have a 10.1-inch LED backlit resistive multitouch with 1024 x 600 resolution and an Intel Atom N450 processor—more popularly known as the Pine Trail.

It will also have either a 1GB or 2GB DDR2 RAM, 160GB or 320GB hard drive (both with Asus 500GB WebStorage) and a Windows 7 Starter or Windows 7 Home Premium. But the truly interesting feature of this laptop is its swiveling multitouch display.

Acer has come up with this netbook that is allegedly the first of its kind to carry NVIDIA’s Ion 2 graphics for 1080p playback. It claims that it is also suitable with 3D gaming, although why you would want 3D in a netbook is simply beyond me.
