It can also handle a small cake pan. It packs like a oven toaster and has two settings—high and low—for cooking and warming up.

My pet dog has separation anxiety, and because of this, we can neither go out for a few minutes (what more a few days) without him barking nonstop, scratching on doors and tearing the house apart. And that’s all because I think he’s suffering from fear of not being fed on time.

But with the Remote Pet Feeding And Viewing Camera Kit, this gives us pet owners a leeway to travel even for days without worrying that our dogs (or cats) will die of hunger or malnutrition under the care of neighbors or a kennel.

The Remote Pet Feeding And Viewing Camera Kit allows us to pre-program the machine as to when…

Microsoft finally confirmed that its new Windows 7 would be launched on October 22 this year. The company’s representative said that the folks over at Microsoft are putting up the final touches of the new operating system by the middle or end of next month.

“The feedback from the release candidate has been good,” said Microsoft Senior Vice President Bill Veghte.

Microsoft made available the near-to-completion final version of Windows 7 last month, and shortly after that said release, Microsoft made another announcement and said that it is slated to release the official version of the OS by October.

Apparently, the new Microsoft Bing is much, much better than Google when it comes to its search engine functions. On Thursday, Microsoft executives released the Bing—the rebranded and rebuilt search engine of the computer giant formerly named Kumo. It is especially designed to replace Live Search. Surprisingly competitive with Google, it will help Microsoft gain some patrons off the search engine block.

In search presentation, Bing has a more compact and detailed capacity that Google. It can display refined versions—news, walkthrough—of your search on the left side of the page, making it easier for you to find what you are looking for.

There’s also a pop-up application letting you see an excerpt…

On Tuesday, Facebook announced that it received $200-million investment from Digital Sky Technologies (DST). Facebook’s social network leaders are based in Europe.

The social network site has over hundreds of millions of subscribers from all over the world. So, assuming that Facebook’s value is at the $10 billion lineage, DST’s $200 million is equal to 1.96 percent of the total shares, giving the European firm a distinct advantage. But despite this considerable amount at stake, DST said that it will not have a seat on the board nor hold special privileges in the company.

DST also divulged that it plans to buy $100-million Facebook common stocks from existing shareholders. The details of…

In February, three months after US President Barack Obama was elected in a sweeping number of votes, he signed a stimulus bill whose stated goal is the “utilization of an electronic health record for each person in the United States by 2014.”

Exactly how many Americans are optimistic that the new e-health bill would make life more comfortable to them are still unknown. But Morton, a 40-year-old native of Greensboro, North Carolina, was not happy that his medical records would be computerized.

“I don’t know who has access to that information, who’s selling it, who’s doing what with it,” Morton said to CNET news. “Can you imagine someone showing up and saying,…
