Hitachi Wooo H001

The latest slew of press releases for KDDI’s Spring 2009 offerings imply that the new Hitachi Wooo H001 cell phone will arrive in the Japanese market by this February. The breakthrough new handset has a top-notch 3.1 inch 3D IPS TFT LCD display that boasts a crisp 854 x 480 resolution. It’ll be able to display graphics rendered in stunning new 3D formats. The screen will also convert 2D images taken with the integrated autofocus 5-megapixel camera to 3D IPS format.

The Hitachi Wooo H001 cell phone measures 111mm x 51mm x 18.6mm and features an integrated dictionary, OCR functions, and a built-in 1Seg TV tuner. The gadget will also sport Bluetooth connectivity, support for IRSimple, and, most likely, support for eWallet.
