Canon CanoScan 9000F Film Scanner

Although there is a proliferation of digital cameras and digital SLRs in the market today, we cannot deny that some photography enthusiasts still choose to shoot with standard and vintage cameras of yesteryears. But, of course, even old-fashioned photographers would want their photos on digital formats.

The new CanoScan 9000F can digitize both prints and films into more than just useless files. It can be able to pull out 9600 x 9600 dpi scans in 48-bit color from its CCD sensor. It can can be loaded with paper, and it can mount 35mm slides and strips of film in both 35mm and 120mm formats. This device uses infrared sensing to remove dust and scratches from scans, and it can also deliver results as images or PDFs.

This CanoScan 9000F is available in June for a still undisclosed price.
