Myka first became popular when it released its BitTorrent player, but now they are also bringing Hulu, Boxee and NVIDIA ION graphics in its new Myka ION. It also went beyond the Hulu and Boxee when it allowed users to run full PC applications like XMBC.
It also enables you to “browse to any web site and play video content directly onto your TV.” The Myka ION runs on Ubuntu Linux, so it seems possible that it will also have a BitTorrent player.
The device is powered by Intel Atom Processor 330 and NVIDIA ION Graphics Processor. It lets you browse any website, and also lets you play video content directly to your TV screens. With almost every video format compatible with the Myka ION, you don’t need to figure out how to play downloaded content in your TVs anymore.
The Myka ION is now available for a starting price of $379. Adding a Wireless-N and Blu-ray, meanwhile, will bring the price to $644.
