Nintendo DSi

Remember the Nintendo DS Lite? Well, do you remember that Nintendo unveiled the DSi a few months ago? If you do and you liked Nintendo’s latest gadget, then you will be happy to know that it’s going to be available sooner rather than later. According to some sources, the Nintendo DSi will enter on the US market as of April 4th for a price of $180.

This makes the DSi $50 more expensive than the DS Lite, but this is only a marketing strategy as Nintendo doesn’t want the DSi to “cannibalize” the DS Lite version which was very welcomed by consumers who bought it like crazy.

My opinion is that the upcoming Nintendo DSi is very expensive considering the fact that we are going through some tough recession-times so it would be better if the DSi will be cheaper than $180. I don’t know about you, but I wouldn’t pay extra $50 just to get a slightly bigger screen and camera.
