Months after my kid cousin got hold of his PSP3000 from my uncle (an early birthday treat), the PSP Go is not leaked (purposely or not) for the whole public to ogle at. The PSP Go is significantly smaller than the ordinary Playstation Portalbles released before. The new pics seen here are the official publicity photos for the PSP Go. But although they did not come from the Sony PR themselves, these are pretty reliable as the leak was made after the new console was prematurely spotted in a showing of gadget at the 2009 Qore Video.

Here are the specs of the PSP Go (notice that it’s slimmer than the earlier versions of the PSP but slightly bulkier in thickness):

• 16GB flash storage
• Less than half the weight of the current PSP
• Bluetooth
• No UMD drive
• Memory Stick Micro

Hopefully, it’s cheaper than the PSP3000 once the price is released. As it is smaller than the early versions, I prefer this thinner PSP although as for the specs, I’m still placing my hard-earned money with the PSP3000.
