
ArsTechnica is responsible for discovering the MPTVOutWindow class in the iPhone 2.2 SDK, enabling your iPhone to display video on a connected TV instead of the regular touchscreen. And this isn’t just sending out video, this feature can enable applications to be used on the TV screen. Yeah we know, it’s cool!
