Case Computer Netbook PC

For all y’all transformer-heads who get sweaty over briefcases that unfold into complicated machinery, check out the homemade suitcase netbook that the backyard tinker-gnome, alias Brotato, has recently put up for bids on eBay. By stripping apart some netbook hardware, digging up a third-party keyboard, and rigging up a 14.2 inch flatscreen display, Brotato put together a fully-functioning luggage PC that is capable of running Windows 7 and Mac OS X.

The rig is cenetered around the Mini-ITX Intel D945GLCF Dual Core 1.6 GHz Atom motherboard, and boasts 2 GB of RAM, a 160 GB hard drive, and 802.11n wireless. Unfortunately, the designer didn’t manage to fit in a battery kit, so you’ll have to plug this bad boy in to get it running. This interesting piece of nerdery goes great with a ten-gallon hat, an LED-powered action vest, and thigh-high utility galoshes. Don’t miss out on this one, gentle readers. Perhaps it’ll get you in the mood to finally put together that refrigerator whose schematics you’ve got tightly locked up in a Swiss bank.
