The upgraded versions of Toshiba’s U505 and M505 laptops just received its final release dates the same time as the launch of the much-awaited Windows 7 on October 22.
The U505 is a 13.3-incher notebook while the M505 has a 14-inch display screen. Both have Toshiba’s touch UI and “Lifespace Bulletin Board”—a dashboard for calendaring and to-do lists. It also has “Reeltime,” which is a virtual thumbnail browser that shows recently opened files.
Of course, as given, it will come with the new Windows 7 operating system, and is priced at $1,000 and up.
