After Apple has released a new line of MacBooks, it seems like they already are preparing for the next year and they will bring something really cool to their garage. According to John Markoff from the New York Times, Apple is developing a product called the MacBook nano, or MacBook touch, or iPhone slate.
Yeah, I know it’s very confusing, but Mr. Markoff claims that “a search engine company shared with me on condition that I not reveal its name: The company spotted Web visits from an unannounced Apple product with a display somewhere between an iPhone and a MacBook. Is it the iPhone 3.0 or the NetMac 1.0?”
So, could it be the next-gen iPhone or Apple is considering a netbook? Well, we can’t tell for sure, but Steve Jobs himself said that they “don’t know how to build a sub-$500 computer that is not a piece of junk” so it can’t be a netbook, NetMac, MacBook nano any other type of MacBook, it should be a new iPhone.
This coincides with the fact that Apple is trying to develop something with an ultra-sharp screen like the HTC Touch HD so the screen should have a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels and it should be very expensive. Well, we can’t wait for the iPhone slate to come out, but let’s wait to see what Apple has prepared for us!
