Schmidt says the theory stems from the times when tapes from big apple were a forex hotter than slices of pizza in a Napoli oven, mostly introduced over to Europe via American service men. “That was once how the arena received to hear music the way in which the center of the (musical) universe was once doing it,” says Schmidt. “Genres did not topic and DJs created new musical worlds for everyday folks riding of their vehicles, doing the wash, sitting on a bus, or shootin’ dice within the park. Radio and the tapes these guys made had been a fantastic international trip that did not require a plane ticket. Revolutions On Air is a tribute to those who shaped the most thrilling time for dance song on ny radio ever.”
