One of the things that bug me at the iPhone is that it doesn’t have Adobe Flash support as the desktop Flash needs too much resources and an iPhone-like smartphone has low memory and a small processor, while the Flash Lite is “too feature limited”. Since last June it has been rumored that Adobe works on a third-party application for Apple’s smartphone, but so far it wasn’t confirmed.

Now all of this is history and (hopefully) soon, the iPhone will feature Flash support. According to Adobes’s chief Shantanu Narayen said they are working together with Apple to make this a dream come true.

Sources say that Apple is trying to drop the 8GB iPhone, like they are trying to do with the 4GB “limited edition” nano, as they are trying to introduce a 16GB version.

AppleInsider says that the activate in-home option will be available too but it’s hard to believe because there’s not a word yet about this. Anyway I hope we’ll have the answers within the next few days.
