AMD Polaris 10 and Polaris 11 Radeon Unveiling at Computex 2016?

Nvidia and AMD are tough rivals in terms of graphics cards, and Nvidia recently launched the flagship GTX 1080 along with the equally popular GTX 1070 graphics cards. The new GeForce cards are the best GPUs available currently, but it might change soon. That’s because AMD is rumored to unveil the AMD Polaris 10 and Polaris 11 GPUs along with Radeon 490 at the Computex 2016 event.

Budget-conscious PC users praised AMD Radeon cards highly as they are more value for lower price. Of course, Nvidia still offers more powerful GPUs even if at higher costs. Also, ChristianToday reported that it is being said that AMD could come out with more APUs at the event alongside the Polaris 10 and Polaris 11.

Nvidia has beaten its own flagship of the previous year with the new GTX 1080, which is why AMD has more pressure on it to make its new flagship card even better or at least of equal performance. No benchmark leaks have come out yet, but a YIBADA report says that the Radeon R9 490 matches shoulders with the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080.

The R9 490 might be released in June near the release date of the GTX 1070, and it is believed that it will get the Polaris architecture with Display Port 1.3 and HDMI 2.0. Nvidia’s new Pascal technology is said to be more powerful than the GPU architecture of the AMD Polaris 10 and Polaris 11, but AMD could win hearts by applying destructive pricing.
