the arena is just not a very polite location, so why must the inside of our heads be any different? a brand new video bargains guided meditation that speaks to us in the language we speak to ourselves—that of a sailor who loves Richard Pryor motion pictures. it can be as if Go The F*ck To Sleep had been remixed for adults as Be in the F*cking Now.

Created by using Jason Headley, the short film director in the back of the Pioneers of Language sequence, F*ck That: A Guided Meditation sounds exactly like the come-down on the finish of every yoga type, handiest with bits of profanity sprinkled generously throughout. The tenets of rest and existing-mindedness are still supplied authentically, although it might be troublesome to get to at least one’s happy location while snickering at one of the phrasing here.

“if you happen to in finding your mind wandering to different thoughts,” one passage advises, “don’t let it subject you. simply well known that each one that shit is fucking bullshit.” indeed. unfortunately for serious meditation-practitioners, the following time they may be luxuriating in lotus-pose, they might find their minds wandering proper again to F*ck That.
