“In the coming weeks, we’ll be announcing an Early Adopter Program (EAP) for a new experience in Gmail,” Google says in an email sent today to G Suite administrators, media reports state

It adds: “This EAP will introduce a new design for the Gmail web interface, as well as several new features.”

In addition, Google will introduce “offline support in the new Gmail experience by June 2018,” as part of its effort to move Chrome apps such as Gmail Offline to the web, the email adds.

The new features will also include “easy access to G Site apps from directly within Gmail,” Digital Trends observes.

Google has responded to queries from media organizations by saying: “We need a bit more time to compose ourselves.”
