Hell’s Angels Member Sentenced For Clubhouse Killing

A member of the Hell’s Angels bike gang has been convicted in the demise of a fellow member.

Jay Witt, forty eight, was once sentenced to 30-40 years behind bars, charged with manslaughter within the demise of William Furlong.  Furlong, 48, used to be found lifeless at a Nebraska Hells Angels clubhouse on July 14, 2013.  Authorities said he died from a single gunshot wound.

Prosecutors mentioned the Furlong and Witt “had been fighting earlier than Witt shot Furlong.  Authorities allege Witt then trashed the clubhouse to make it seem as though a rival gang was once accountable.”

In August, Witt pleaded responsible to the fees against him, and prosecutors therein dropped the homicide charge.  The charge was once modified to manslaughter, which came down as a responsible conviction this week.  the fees are one of a handful of incidents going towards the Hell’s Angels in latest years.  shooting incidents, drug dealings, and gang battle has resulted in several arrests all the world over in the last few months.

Jay Witt is no longer a member of the Hell’s Angels and can be eligible for parole after he serves seven and a 1/2 years of his 30-forty yr sentence in Nebraska.
