iOS 10 and macOS Sierra Public Beta Update Available Now, How to Enroll

Apple had unveiled the latest iOS 10 and the macOS Sierra at its annual WWDC event held during mid-June earlier this year. Apple has been offering the preview builds of these latest Operating Systems  to the registered developers so that they could give their precious feedback since then.

Apple had promised during the release event that the Public Betas of the iOS 10 and macOS Sierra would be made available sometime in July and it has kept up its promise as the Public Beta of both the iOS 10 and macOS Sierra are live now. Apple is inviting people right now to join the testing program.

The iOS 10 Public Beta comes in succession to the Developer Beta 2 build. The Public Beta build is live now and can be installed on the compatible iPhones, iPads, and iPod touch. But the users need to enroll their devices for this program first. You can enroll for the iOS 10 Public Beta here. The latest iOS will come with a host of new features like a brand new Apple Music app, Siri SDK, redesigned Messaging App and much more. You can see a detailed guide on how to upgrade to iOS 10.

Along with the iOS 10, the Public Beta build of the macOS Sierra is also live now and the interested users can install the latest macOS on their compatible MacBooks after enrolling their devices here.

The public beta program of Apple is totally free unlike its developer program and the Public Beta build.  It has been about a month since the first developer preview build of the iOS 10 was launched and we can expect these builds to be more stable. We’ll still advise caution especially if you’re planning to install these on your daily drivers.

Stay tuned for more news and updates.
