OUKITEL K6 is Coming soon: Powerful Helio P23 SoC and 6GB RAM

This Christmas will witness yet another product from OUKITEL that has been launching some interesting phones over the past few months. The OUKITEL K6 would be the latest addition to the company’s lineup of smartphones that pack high-end features for a fraction of the price of the competition. Here is the first look at the phone few days before it sees the light of day.

OUKITEL K6 will be moving with the norm and will come with an 18:9 display. Of course, this is not the first phone from the company to come with that kind of display, but it is good to see more and more products coming out with them. The display measures 6 inches and has a resolution of 2160 x 1080.

Most of the front of the phone is covered with the display and as a result, the fingerprint scanner is placed on the back. The entire phone has a glossy finish that makes the phone look a lot premium. NFC comes built-in which allows you to make contactless payments and other stuff.

What powers the OUKITEL K6 is the MediaTek MT6763 processor which is better known as Helio P23 and has 8 cores clocked at 2.0 GHz. It is paired with 6GB of RAM and has an internal storage of 64GB. The phone comes running Android 7.1 OS with the company’s own skin on top that will make an efficient use of the phone’s internals.

Most of the other details haven’t been revealed by the company just yet. We might have to wait for the phone to go official to get all the features and specifications of the phone. However, the release notes mention of a powerful battery pack that should last for about 3 days on a single charge, according to the company.
