Twitter Names Google’s Omid Kordestani executive Chairman

Twitter has named Omid Kordestani, Google’s former chief industry officer, executive chairman of its board of directors.

Kordestani, Google worker 11, consistent with his LinkedIn profile, began with Google in 1999, ultimately heading up global sales and industry construction earlier than leaving the corporate in 2009.
