STEP 4. After restarting Windows 10 in Safe mode with Networking, right click on your Start menu button. Select Windows PowerShell (Admin).

3. Restart WmiPrvSE.exe (WMI Provider Host Service)

net stop iphlpsvc

net stop wscsvc

net stop Winmgmt
