Lufthansa To Cancel 929 Flights On Monday

Lufthansa said on Sunday it might cancel 929 flights affecting 113,000 passengers on Monday. The cancellations arrive as cabin crew members continue to strike following a walk-out at three of the German airline’s main airports.

The strike is a part of every week of action prepared through cabin crew union unidentified flying object. The union is pushing for higher early retirement benefits and pensions for thousands fo staff.

The strike will have an effect on both brief- and long-haul flights below the Lufthansa model. The flights are positioned at Frankfurt, Munich and Dusseldorf airports.

Union officials began engaging in talks with Lufthansa officers on Friday.

Lufthansa is trying to negotiate with more than a few staff teams to deliver down prices to compete higher with low-price opponents and rich Gulf carriers.

The airline said its top officials will meet on Monday to speak about the union’s demands.

the corporate’s subsidiaries, together with Austrian airways, Germanwings, Eurowings and Swiss usually are not affected by the strike.
