What?! i’m outraged in your behalf, letter author. This firm is way, method within the fallacious.

It’s completely unreasonable for them to expect you to grasp that their own inside recruiter (not even an outdoor recruiter, but any individual who’s an worker of their company and serious about hiring) wasn’t approved to negotiate with you. What in the world do they expect—that you’d insist on verifying any offer negotiations with the CEO?

You acted in good faith and assumed that the individual negotiating with you was licensed to do so. What if you happen to’d negotiated cash with her too, and then found out after you began that she wasn’t authorized to supply you the pay that you simply agreed on?

whether or now not their recruiter used to be approved to do what she did, she did do it, and you prevalent the job in accordance with that agreement. They will have to be honoring the settlement. this is ridiculous.

Your resume is somewhat trickier.
