That’s what Mike Germano, Chief Digital Officer at VICE, shared all over the “How Vice Media Dominates Multi-Platform” session at the CES convention in Las Vegas these days.

“after we start to annoy our customers, they unfollow,” Germano said, explaining why that metric is so necessary to Vice.
